How can we help?
Assessment
We conduct a holistic assessment, including AOD, health/mental health, and other concerns, to assist you in identifying your service needs and goals. After the assessment, we will work with you to develop your care plan.
Individual counselling
A skilled and qualified counsellor can work with you to manage your AOD usage and prevent relapses. Our counsellors use evidence-based therapies (i.e. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and incorporate culturally sensitive techniques.
One-on-one support service
Once your care plan has been developed, an allocated case manager will work with you to provide one-on-one support to assist you to achieve your goals.
Smart Recovery support groups
We offer a safe and supportive group program to help you achieve your goals around AOD use. This group is led by a peer worker and a senior AOD program staff member.
Peer support
You can receive support from peer workers, who have lived experience with AOD use, and understand your challenges.
Family Support
CAASSA provides information, education, and support to family members, including significant others, who are concerned about a loved one’s AOD use.
Brief interventions
We provide information, education, and referrals to address your immediate needs.
Our Vision
To connect, empower, and support culturally and linguistically diverse communities in South Australia.
