Wellness Connect offers free, personalised one-on-one coaching and welcoming group sessions across Metropolitan Adelaide – designed to support people aged 18+ whose mental health affects their daily life. We have lived experience workers to support your journey.

Our approach is recovery-focused, inclusive, and culturally safe.

Group activities rotate every 3 months and cover practical skills, emotional wellbeing, and social connection.
