Assistive Technologies and Home Modifications
Under Support at Home, you may be eligible for separate funding for assistive technology and home modifications such as walking frames, communication devices, grab rails or ramps. These supports can make everyday life safer and easier, helping you stay independent and live well at home. What you can access depends on your aged care assessment and approval.
Talk to a CAASSA care partner about your needs. We can help you understand the scheme and guide you through the steps to access it, with as much or as little support as you need.
